Description: The store’s centerpiece design element – a two story volumned glass and steel sculptural staircase with polish nickel metal work representing traditional loom that links the first and second floors and is illuminated by a programmable color-changing lighting. Installed in two 20-ft. sections the staircase is made from 5/8 in. structural glass and stainless steel rods. Similar materials were used for a smaller suspension bridge that connects an elevator door and a nearby corridor 44 ft above the main floor.
